At Cup Pulls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware selection. If our cabinet pulls or handles don't perfectly match your home decor, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully wrap each pull in its original protective packaging to prevent scratches during transit and place them in a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Hardware

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
